In the past two years, Cover's engineering team has grown from a single person to over 30 people.  Anand Dhillon (Cover's CTO and co-founder) knows better than anyone the challenges that come along with scaling a VC-backed business, but he has narrowed down some best practices for the following: intentional hiring, for both skill and culture fit; fostering collaboration across all teams (sales, marketing, product, design, etc.); and encouraging innovation by prioritizing continuous learning by emphasizing the value of trial and error.

This session will discuss these best practices in depth, and allow the audience to learn from Anand's wealth of experience as a startup founder, skilled engineer and team leader.
